Role:
  • Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of CMap, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have detailed conversations with clients
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders across your client portfolio to deliver on their responsibilities, understanding the clients priorities as well as their long-term business plans
  • Perform demonstrations of new functionality to clients in your accounts, pursuing any upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Assess if clients are using the software to its full capacity by monitoring and driving key CS metrics across the portfolio of accounts
  • Manage change requests and client's contractual terms, including dealing with inbound requests to increase licences or move between plans
  • Manage the day-to-day communication with key clients to ensure their CMap business plans are on track
  • Work closely with the wider Client Services Team, bringing in CMap Consultants where required to support on wider consultation projects
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • Confident and adaptable with business acumen
  • Team player, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
