We’re on the lookout for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our small but mighty experienced team within our mobile technology business.You may have prior recruitment experience or perhaps you are working in a junior HR role or administrator role. Either way, we’d love to hear from you.

The Recruitment Coordinator Role:

A fully remote (home working) role, managing our recruitment pipeline. This involves posting and renewing ads on job sites, sifting applications, organising and conducting screening calls, arranging and assessing skills assessments and interviews, making offers, hiring, and onboarding.

What you’ll be doing:

+ Posting and renewing ads on job sites and portals.
+ Keeping our recruitment funnel up-to-date in our ATS.
+ Sifting through candidates who apply for our roles.
+ Answering candidates' questions about our process and keeping them fully informed of where they’re up to.
+ Conducting screening calls via Google Meet (video call) with candidates in both the UK and Europe.
+ Arranging and assessing skills assessments and interviews with others in the team.
+ Preparing and making offers.
+ Onboarding and new hire admin, and check-ins after starting.

About You:

+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Good organisation/admin skills.
+ Should enjoy talking to people!
+ Prior experience with recruitment activities such as phone screening, interviewing, etc.
+ Ideally has worked with an ATS (applicant tracking system) before.
