We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Chef who is keen to progress to join our clients' team based at this secondary school in Enfield, Middlesex.
This brand new school, opening in October, aims to reach full capacity in the next 5 years and will hold approx. 1200 pupils as well as staff. Currently the catering is being provided via a 'catering van' until the school premises are complete.
In this role, you will be a good all-rounder who is willing to work with as well as lead the team of 4. You will do all the paperwork for due diligence as well as manage ordering and stock take - training will be given if required. As the food at this site mirrors another school, you will work to specs for the food offer although there is flexibility to be creative.
This is a term time only position (43 weeks) Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm. There are inset days and these will be paid as extra.

-Be passionate about good food and presentation
