Net Zero Evolution are working exclusively with a National home improvements business that was established a little over 6 years ago. This business prides itself on helping homeowners throughout the country reduce their carbon footprint and subsequently reduce their energy bills. With a turnover of over GBP6m this business has firmly planted itself in the industry as an energy expert and with plans to steadily grow the business, a new and experienced Solar Panel Installer is required.
Your New Role
As the new Solar Electrician for this business your role would be to attend pre-arranged installation appointments with a roofer (and labourer on the larger jobs). You will be responsible for running the installation and will lead the roofer to support to install. You will be given a detailed installation spec that includes photos, and all equipment will be delivered to either the installation site (which will be residential or commercial) or a local depot. Once the install is complete you will commission the equipment and sign off as safe to use.
Your Background
To be successful with your new client as a Solar Electrician you will already have experience in this field. You will know the potential issues that can arise when installing solar, and will be able to demonstrate your experience in getting around these problems in order to complete a variety of installations. You will already possess 18th Edition along with Test & Inspection and will be comfortable being the main point of contact with the client while on site. You will have experience of directing a roofer and leading a small team.
