Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a local manufacturing company.

They are looking to expand their team with a new Customer Service Administrator!

Your duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include but not be limited to:

Handling customer queries via phone and email.
Liaising with UK and international customers.
Sales order processing.
Creating and sending customer quotes.
Data entry - maintaining customer records.
General administration - photocopying and filing.

You will be working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays!

GBP13-GBP13.50 p/hour dependant on experience.

This role is temporary maternity cover for 12 months.
