Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an Administrator based in Kempston for a well-established distribution company.
Summary of the Administrator role???
Salary: GBP22,000 per annum
Location: Kempston, Bedfordshire
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours working week
The role???
As the Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
Ensure client deliveries are processed and booked in with customers.
Provide support within transport briefing and debriefing drivers.
Handling calls from drivers, customers and internal departments.
Input data onto the transport system and internal/external reports.
Depot searches.
Answering internal and external telephone calls and queries.
Deal with any issues drivers may have.
Respond to internal vehicle chill alerts.
To support the H&S and legislative requirements at all times.
General admin duties.
The experience required???
As a successful Transport Administrator you will have the following:
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent typing skills.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills.
High attention to detail.
