Our client is a very successful Cladding Sub Contractor who are recruiting a Cladding Site Supervisor to be based on a project in Swindon. Working on warehouse projects, supervising the cladding & roofing packages.
As a Cladding Site Supervisor you would need:
* SSSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
As a Cladding Site Supervisor you would have to:
* Manage Site Paperwork
* Manage Health, Safety and Quality
* Manage Staff
* Carrying out safety inspections
* Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
* Maintaining quality procedures
* Motivating the workforce
* Problem solving issues.
* Carrying out Tool Box Talks
