We are currently recruiting for our client's golf club based in the Devon area who are looking for a Sous Chef/Chef de Partie to join the team.

The ideal candidate must be capable of leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. Provide guidance to the front of house team; line cooking, food preparation, dish plating, overseeing, and organising kitchen operation alongside the Head Chef.

Hours will include both weekdays and weekends subject to the needs of the business and bookings

The main responsibilities will include:

* Food preparation

* Cooking menu items

* Follow recipes and presentation specifications

* Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

* Setting up the working station for service and cleaning

* Restock items as needed throughout the shift

* Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment

* Weekly stock counting and stock rotation

* Control of incoming food deliveries

* Creative thinking and input on the menu

We are looking for a cook/chef who is passionate about food, creative, dedicated, honest and willing.

(You must be eligible to work in the UK)

Full time Hours (including two weekends per month.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: GBP24,000.00-GBP25,000.00 + per year
