Internal Recruitment Manager - Chelmsford - GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 DOE - Office Based Role.

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our successful and fast-growing client based in Chelmsford, Essex. In a newly created role, you will support our client's ongoing strategy to recruit outstanding talent and develop their employer's brand. This role will provide continuous professional development for the successful candidate from day one.

You will be an experienced recruiter/talent acquisition professional who is passionate about the recruitment process. You will be responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the business. You will be their talent ambassador!

If you're looking to move into an established, high-performing in-house recruitment/talent acquisition function within an established organisation, this role will offer you continuous development.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will use your skills, knowledge, and experience to attract a diverse pool of talent for our client's business and support building a compelling employer brand and value proposition. Your role will be to deliver a flawless recruitment service to the business, ensuring our client's market knowledge is up to date.

Experience/Skills Required:

You will have the experience of working in a recruitment function.

You will be competent in writing job adverts.

Experienced in managing candidate and hiring manager expectations.

You will be experienced in screening CVs and confident in your ability to perform initial screening interviews.

Support hiring managers in putting together job descriptions.

You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal and be confident working with the Senior Management Team/Board Level.

Be confident in managing recruitment-related social media posting and interaction.

Confidently manage the PSL and confidently negotiate with recruitment agencies.

Be confident when promoting our client's brand across local schools and colleges.
