A leading professional services business is looking for a Virtual Environments Analyst to cover their IT environments, deploy code, write automated solutions utilising Jenkins/Docker while coordinating work streams from development to production.

A leading professional services business is looking for a Virtual Environments Analyst to cover their IT environments, deploy code, write automated solutions utilising Jenkins/Docker while coordinating work streams from development to production.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a background in Testing or Reliability engineering who is now looking to broaden their experience.
The Role:
Environments Support through automated monitoring and carrying out BAU tasks.
Deploying code to senior environments (UAT and Production), this also includes writing automated solutions where possible.
Coordinate work streams from development through UAT environments and to production.
Setup, configure and maintain environments
Incident support and capacity planning
Run test batches and refreshes
Requirements:
Understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle
Experience of automated deployment tools
Experience in scripting powershell/linux languages
Experience in maintaining UAT environments
Exposure and interest in DevOps practices and principles
Experience of utilising automation tools such as Jenkins / Docker / Maven / Git / BitBucket / Splunk
Any certifications in would be an advantage:
Industry recognised testing qualification (ISTQB or equivalent)
Experience with ITIL Processes
ITIL Foundation certificate
