Position: Customer Service Representative
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: GBP23K
Contract Length: Ongoing temp possibly longer for the right person
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm & (Apply online only)pm Friday
Location: Hillington
Are you who we are looking for?
You have previous Customer Service experience
Good knowledge of MS Office packages
You can organise your day and prioritise workload
Solid communication skills - written, verbal and listening
You work well with colleagues and external customers
You enjoy working in a busy environment
You are outgoing and friendly
What does the day look like?
Pricing and quotations
Inputting orders & managing expectations
Dealing with internal and external queries
Provide support to the field sales staff
Manage Customer satisfaction
Contract reviews
Resolving customer issues with supply, deliveries & quality
Having your own transport is advisable as transport links are limited.
This role would suit someone who likes to work in a small team who is all striving for excellent customer service. There is the chance of progression and taking on more responsibility as the company continues to grow.
