fantastic opportunity has arisen for a client centric and passionate Retentions and Renewals Advisor professional to support my client who are a thriving technologies solutions company based in Lister Pavilion, Glasgow. This is a temporary opportunity for 3 months paying up GBP12 per hour plus holiday to start ASAP with view for extension.
Joining my client's very successful customer service department, you will be a brand ambassador for their clients and hosting brands, bringing a warm and friendly approach and going that extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
You'll be responsible for service retention, renewal of services, account management and sales lead generation (basically making sure our customers are happy and stay that way). You will receive training to help you successfully renew accounts and explore the opportunity to upsell other services (go you!).
Duties include:
Dealing with queries via telephone, e-mail and live/web chat in a fast-paced setting
Managing client accounts and providing solutions
Providing 1st line support
Escalation relevant queries to 2nd line support
Generating reports and billings
Proactive follow up on customer escalationsIdeal applicant will have:
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in a sales and/or call centre environment
Strong attention to detail
Passion for technology (this is what they're all about after all)Full training will be given, however the ability to demonstrate previous experience of communicating with customers in high-pressure situations would be advantageous.
