An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment resourcer looking to join the team at Challenge-trg Group. Challenge-trg Group is a privately owned specialist logistics UK company that has a number of blue chip clients across the UK.
The Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for Recruitment for one of our blue chip contracts. This role incorporates the ability to advertise and recruit, then communicate with the On site Managers and On site consultants .
Key Responsibilities
Resourcing & Recruitment for the blue chip client through the Challengetrg brand.
Produce feedback to your line manager to ensure that recruitment is effective and is monitored
Regular updates and timely escalation of risk/issues to line manager
Communication within the recruitment team
Fully understand client requirements and ensure all recruitment opportunities are embraced.Other
Act in a calm, professional and proactive manner at all timesExperience and Skills:
IT skills - Word, Excel, Email
Can communicate effectively within a team
Is a team player
Experience preferred but not essential
Has worked towards targets and timelines
Has a can do attitude
Has an excellent telephone manner
Uses own initiative and uses good judgement to make decisions
Excellent organisational skills
