As a Plumbing Apprentice you will assist the delivery of an efficient, flexible, professional responsive repair and service to deliver a ‘right first time’ repairs service for customers whilst developing the skills and knowledge to function effectively in the designated area of the business and to complete the full carpentry qualification in line with the apprenticeship standard.

We’ll teach you how to:

• Cut, bend and join fittings and pipes
• Install water, heating and drainage systems
• Find and fix faults
• Install and fix domestic appliances, such as washing machines, dishwashers and showers
• Fit weatherproof materials, joints and flashings to walls, chimneys and roofs
• Deal with emergency call-outs such as blocked drains

Minimum Requirements:

• GCSE Maths and English (if not, you are required to do the Functional Skills alongside your course)
• Good customer service skills
