Lead UX Designer

We are current recruiting for a Lead UX Designer within the Marketing department to join our team of talented individuals. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Performing on-going research that will drive UX strategy and ensure the research is presented and shared with the other stakeholders in the Society's
- Making recommendations for improvements to the Society's user experience
- Contributing to the development of the Society's UX & UI strategy
- Ensuring delivery of the Society's UX & UI strategy
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of current and emerging UX trends and issues
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience of researching and implementing new UX journeys
- In-depth knowledge of UX skills and trends
- The ability to gain the trust and commitment of other staff to ensure departmental objectives are met
- A flexibility which enables the prioritisation of urgent business requirements and requests ahead of day-to-day workloads
- A resilient and determined approach focussed upon delivering outputs on time and to budget
- Strong organisational and time management skills
