We are current recruiting for a Lead UX Designer within the Marketing department to join our team of talented individuals. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Performing on-going research that will drive UX strategy and ensure the research is presented and shared with the other stakeholders in the Society's
  • Making recommendations for improvements to the Society's user experience
  • Contributing to the development of the Society's UX & UI strategy
  • Ensuring delivery of the Society's UX & UI strategy
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of current and emerging UX trends and issues

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience of researching and implementing new UX journeys
  • In-depth knowledge of UX skills and trends
  • The ability to gain the trust and commitment of other staff to ensure departmental objectives are met
  • A flexibility which enables the prioritisation of urgent business requirements and requests ahead of day-to-day workloads
  • A resilient and determined approach focussed upon delivering outputs on time and to budget
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
