Role: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Swindon
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: GBP130 - GBP150 Per Day
Status: Outside IR35
be:technology are urgently recruiting for two experienced 1st Line Support Engineers on behalf of a key client in Swindon.
You will be joining a small IT department to support their increasing level of IT support requests.
Responsibilites:
Support the upgrade of new client systems
Work through existing support lists
Troubleshooting desktop issues
Backup and restores
Manage hardware issues
