Job Title: Technical Information CDE

Job Purpose
To ensure AMOS is updated in a timely manner (SLA between Part 145 and Part M) from transcribed data from the Part 145 whilst verifying against Approved Regulatory Documentation to pre-determined scripts.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Accurate transcription of Technical Records to the Company Maintenance System.
To accurately transcribe Defect information.
To verify against Component Certification and accurately transcribe Component Removal and Fitments for Line and Base.
Ensures all transcribed data is complete and correct in all the systems in a timely manner.
To audit ATA codes against associating defects for Reliability Monitoring.
To report back embodiment status of Mandatory Tasks (needs verification from an Engineer) on AMOS.
Is accountable for ensuring all Aircraft Workpacks are in the MRO system and Hardcopy records are maintained to the regulatory requirements, and for the return of archived records.
Import and Export - will be required to lead and/or assist in the records management process both Onsite and Offsite.
For Outsourced Aircraft Maintenance:
Will ensure all data is in the MRO system by attending the Check and inputting offsite or retrospectively entering the check onsite.
Will verify that the records received meet documented regulations and co-ordinate with customers to resolve routine problems regarding data accuracy and integrity.
Will record the audit status of aircraft paperwork on Stream.
To manage Engine Condition Monitoring by either reporting out trends and/or entering manual data with PowerPlant, Engineering Services, Rolls Royce and General Electric.
To transcribe External Workshop Findings.
To carry out component changes within AMOS.
For major assemblies input to the system:
Work carried out
Removal and fitment details
SB/AD Mod status
To enter/audit 3rd party transactions.
To identify any risks to the business, and ensure a contingency plan is defined to avoid, reduce or react if an occurrence takes place.
To carry out Fault Management process to prevent any re-occurring problems and undertake annual DQS Audits.
To drive continual improvement into the business by understanding the key drivers and their impact.
Monitoring AMOS discrepancies and correcting data to ensure compliance.
Control line maintenance documentation for third party aircraft in accordance with the appropriate regulatory authorities.
Creation of new Technical Log for aircraft entering the fleet.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3 GCSE's or equivalent.
Previous working knowledge of the AMOS system is advantageous.
Previous working knowledge of the Stream Interactive system is advantageous.
Proven record and knowledge of avionic/mechanical aircraft systems relevant to the aircraft types operated.
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
