Training Officer

Ashley Kate HR are recruiting for a Training Officer for a company based in Brackley, Northamptonshire!
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week
As a Trainer, you will provide the delivery of off-the-job operational training, including induction, refresher training, manual handling, food safety and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
•Line Management responsibilities for on site trainers
•Working to and reporting progress against training KPIs, ensuring matrices are maintained and up to date
•Reporting training records and activities
•Supporting delivery of new starter induction
•Working with line managers to develop competency / verification of learning assessments
•Working with heads of department to review PDP's in performance hub to develop training plan / budget
About you
•Excellent organisation and planning skills
•Strong coaching and influencing skills
•Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
•Minimum of 2 years' experience in a training delivery/facilitation role
•A formal learning & development qualification at Level 3 is desirable but not essential
•Full UK Driving License
