Our client who is a well-known MSP business based in Hull is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress in their IT career as our client will offer progression in qualifications and further roles in IT such as 3rd Line, IT Field Engineer and much more!
Within this role you will be expected to take ownership of support tickets raised.
You will also be involved in the rapid growth of this business which would include learning new products and new skills.
What you need to succeed in this role -
* Experience of working to KPI's
* Strong communication skills
* Experience of Office 365
* A true passion for IT
* Experience of working in a busy environment
* MSP (Microsoft Service Provider)
* Microsoft Office experience
The Package:
If successful our client is offering a salary of between GBP20,000 to GBP24,000 per annum along with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
