Customer Support Representative

OA are working with a client based in Priory Business Park, Bedford who are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their growing team. This position is responsible for completing an array of processes and provide services to insurers from start to finish.

Job Details for the Customer Support Representative role:
Monday to Friday
Permanent
Office based
Full-time
GBP22,452 per annum
Responsibilities:
Handling GDPR details
Processing V5's
Allocating Key Documents to the correct facilities upon collection
Arranging collection and disposal of vehicles from Europe and beyond.
Requirements:
Accurate Data Entry
Incredible Time Management skills
Self-motivated and keen to learn
Un-matched customer service
