German Speaking Technical Support Analyst
Location: Peterborough/ Office/ Hybrid / Remote (travel to the office once a month)
Shift Pattern: Mon to Fri
Salary: Up to GBP28,000 (DOE)
Overview:
Our client, a leading international software business and are now looking to expand their multilingual team. Currently, we are searching for a German Technical Support Analysts to join their growing team on a full time and permanent basis.
The Role
As the German Technical Support Analysts, your main objective will be provide first-line support to their clients via phone, online and email.
This is how you will meet your objective:
* Assisting with diagnosis and solutions to reported issues
* identify the best solutions in a timely manner
* Inbound call and email management
* Ability to communicate clearly in both German & English
* Working in a Windows o/s environment
Personal Specification
The German Technical Support Analysts, will need to have the following competencies:
* Fluent on both German and English
* Previous Helpdesk support experience or a keen interest in IT
* Exceptional customer service telephone experience.
* Experience of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of MS operating systems
* TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, proxy server
* Highly organised and able to multitask
* Please note my client is flexible and willing to consider candidates who would like to work remotely (as long as you can travel to Peterborough once a month), hybrid or office based.
Benefits: Up to 25 days holiday (after length of service), plus up to 3 discretionary days off per year. Contributory pension scheme. Free on site parking.
