Romanian speaking Call Centre agent

GTS have an exciting opportunity for a fluent Romanian and English speaker to join a fantastic large IT organisation based in Hampton, Peterborough.

This is initially a contractual role with a view to potentially becoming permanent. Immediate starts are available.

Our client is looking for career-driven people to join a large team, who will be working on a Help Desk offering IT Support. This is a shift-based role working 7.5 hrs on a rota basis between the hours of 06:00 - 18.00. This will include 2 weekends each month.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a Customer Services or call centre environment. However, candidates with a passion for IT, as well as a good level of customer service experience and an ability to learn process-driven IT activities will be considered.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES:

Fluent in Romanian and English.
Exceptional all-round communication skills. This is an essential requirement for the job role.
