Morson Talent are recruiting a Territory Manager for a Global Logistics Company to cover the Dublin region. This is a field-based sales role working with existing customers to develop a business plan to maximise strategic growth opportunities and relationships with the assistance of regional account managers. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious salesperson to develop their career with an industry leading organisation with excellent staff retention.
This is a remote position but candidates should be based close to Dublin with a full clean driving license
Responsibilities:
Reaching out to the decision maker contacts within our customers and developing relationship with them.
Reaching out to customer contacts from different departments in line with our strategic targets (ie: Sales/Marketing)
Coordinating our account development plans in line with office-based Account Manager teams.
Building required knowledge about the business's multiple strategic products/services
Completion of the business reviews for the targeted customers.
Creation of the joint business plans for the selected customers
Execution of the joint business plans for the selected customers
Building opportunity funnel of the territory for the selected strategic areas
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a business development/account management/sales role
High level understanding of sales/strategy execution process, account plan management and business review processes
High quality representation skills in front of customers and high-level contacts.
Supply chain understanding to be able to identify customer pain points.
Ability to quickly learn complex concepts
Good communication & relationship management skills
Good at preparing and delivering presentations
Quick adaptation to new tools and applications
Comfortable in a customer facing role
Analytical approach
