The Nottingham Recovery Network is the single point of advice, support and treatment to anybody in Nottingham City who wishes to change their relationship with alcohol or drugs.

An exciting opportunity to join the Nottingham City Drug and Alcohol treatment pathway.

The postholder will work within NRN (NHS, Framework, Double Impact, Shared Care) substance misuse services.

The postholder will be expected:

Pay particular attention to customer care and ensure that all visitors and telephone contacts receive the highest quality of service. Be sensitive to the individual needs of all clients.
Providing a comprehensive facilities management service to the building and its users, including monitoring the layout and condition of meeting rooms, visitors' parking, etc., and taking appropriate steps to rectify any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Process stationery orders for all departments, Ensuring maintenance of stock items for the hub, paper, toilet consumables, batteries, access cards etc. Taking delivery by signing for parcels and informing recipients via email, telephone or verbally.
Ensuring the Opening and closing for public access to the building is in accordance with procedures and management instructions.
Carrying out Health and Safety building checks, including Fire Warden role and weekly testing of fire alarm system.
Management of a small team.
