We are working with a fantastic business in Nottingham who have a great opportunity for someone who loves administration.

Not only do you require a positive work ethic for this role, but a strong attention to detail and background working in a office environment is key for this role.

You will be assisting with all aspects of the administration process and supporting other team members.

You will be working with a reputable company who offer training, development and autonomy.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

2 years administration experience
Strong administration skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
IT Literate, particularly MS Office & Excel
Good numeracy skills
Having worked within the property sector is desirable, but not essential
The ideal candidate will have a proven administration background. You will be an excellent communicator and a great team player. Having a proactive approach will be advantageous in order to manage and prioritise the high volume workload.

Within this position, you'll also be:

Scanning documents
Photocopying documents
Filing paperwork
Data inputting
Producing contract packs
Updating reports
Working to tight timescales
Producing financial completion statements
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is GBP21,000 - GBP22,500 per annum, dependant on experience

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5pm, Office based
