We are currently recruiting for a customer service representative to join my client, based in north MK, as part of their Mobile Billing Team.
The company works with other businesses to provide their mobile phone tariffs. You will have up to 50 clients that you take sole responsibility for. This will involve analysing their billing data each month and helping them to find ways to cut costs. You will need to build strong working relationships with your client base so excellent customer services skills are a necessity.
No technical knowledge is required - all training will be provided but you must be computer literate and comfortable with using all aspects of MS office .The ideal candidate will also have a desire to learn and develop consistently to keep up to date with current market trends, which in turn, will help their customers.
Monday-Friday
09:00-17:30 - 1hr for lunch

You will be working in a team of around 10 people in this particular branch. Once your training is complete, you will have the opportunity to work from home, either full time or hybrid, if you wish.
This is a permanent role and is available to start asap.
Please note: there is no access to the site via buses so you must have your own means of transport.
