Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
With substantial funding and commitment from the Senior Leadership Team, this is a high profile role
that will glue all cross functional teams together using Dynamics 365.
Your remit as CRM Specialist / Business Analyst / Change Agent will be to map processes and
departmental integrations (Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and implement workflows that
will positively impact the quote and proposal process, proposal flow, authorisation in to finance,
deployment and customer solutions management. This will also involve including marketing and
marketing automation, further down the line.
It is essential that all parts of the organisation work seamlessly together, have visibility of each other and
can cooperate strategically. This is where the CRM system comes in to play, as you drive communication,
collaboration and adoption. You'll also ensure that users across the business adopt the system positively
and offer training and system onboarding support.
Of course this role will continue to grow and develop, as such it offers a true long term career opportunity.
If required you'll be offer the opportunity to gain Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics and if you're just
starting your Dynmics career, perhaps a few years in, they'll support and invest in your learning and
development!
In short, this organisation has only scratched the surface of what Dynamics can deliver, so in your role as
a trusted advisor and subject matter expert it will be down to you to spot opportunities, delivery
continuous improvement, reporting and data insights etc.
Our ideal candidate will be working as a CRM Specialist, Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with a
minimum of two years MS Dynamics experience. We're looking for someone who will drive change,
manager Dynamics 356 projects using Agile methodologies and be comfortable with being the centre of
all things Dynamic related, for a business with around 200 employees.
