Learning Support Teaching Assistant

Are you seeking a Learning support assistant/LSA role where you can have the opportunity to flourish?
If you love to inspire Key Stage 1 & 5/ KS1 & 5 students with learning difficulties to achieve their full potential. This is the job for you!
Temporary positions needed Supporting Young Children with Autism from Key stage 1 & 5/KS1 & 5. Supporting and assisting them with their academic progression giving them the chance to flourish.
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant/LSA who loves to work with a variety of student's from Key Stage 1 & 5/KS1 & 5, the role will be temporary but if you are a motivated individual who loves progression it can turn into a long-term position.
The ideal Learning Support Assistant/LSA should have the following:
Level 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
A calm, patient and caring persona
Good communication skills
A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
All of our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you're paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance and there's no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
