What you'll do:

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to deliver growth in lead generation, effectively educate the market and increase brand awareness. You'll create and deliver robust and innovative integrated marketing campaigns and support us to raise the profile of the ICS.AI brand as the UK leader of public sector conversational AI. You will work across the marketing mix, with a digital-first mindset and will need to hit the ground running to help achieve our growth plans this year.

The current team is growing. You'd be the "right hand" to our CMO, supporting with the development of our strategy. It's an exciting time to join as we look to shift marketing activity to an output driven content marketing engine.

The detail:

*

Generate sufficient leads (MQL's/SQL's) to achieve business objectives

*

Translate visions/ideas into robust and innovative marketing campaigns

*

Maintain a calendar of webinars and external events - owning the end-to-end planning, delivery and follow up

*

Own customer advocacy: joint webinars, go-live announcements, case studies

*

Complete a digital audit (incl. website) and deliver against recommendations (website refresh, identification of digital / creative tools required)

*

Ongoing maintenance of the company's website and digital assets

*

Set up and continuously improve SEM strategy, including SEO/PPC and digital reporting

*

Manage 3rd party campaign and advertising networks - extending our presence on relevant industry sites i.e. WiredGov / GovLaunch

*

Manage PR and Paid Media around new proposition launches and client wins

*

Support Visual Designer and Content Manager to create compelling content assets; whitepapers, blogs, infographics, sales enablement resources

*

Implement Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to nurture prospects at different stages of the buying-cycle

*

Use LinkedIn as a key B2B lead generation tool; promoted ads, sponsored inbox messaging

*

Manage the on-going requirements of our Microsoft Partner Centre membership

*

Manage our Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM sales and marketing hub and email marketing tools, including data audit and data segmentation

*

Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and marketing performance to adapt, evolve, innovate and optimise marketing plans

*

Provide regular sales and marketing performance and KPI reporting to internal stakeholders, identifying and implementing improvement strategies based on learnings

Ideal candidate Skills:

*

3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital, campaigns and lead generation - preferably in the Tech sector but marketeers from wider B2B environment will be considered

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate Platform and marketing software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)

*

Ability to translate ideas and visions into lead-generating, creative marketing campaigns

*

Excellent organisational and time management skills

*

Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines

We are looking for someone who can take on a great deal of responsibility early on and can manage their time and duties themselves.

This is a varied role and will give you exposure to the full marketing mix. You'll be a master of organisations and should have extensive marketing experience. We'll give you the freedom to design and help grow the company's brand.
