Customer Service & Product Support Administrator

A new, varied and exciting position has been created for a Customer Service & Product Support Administrator, due to a continued overflowing order book. The successful Customer Service & Product Support Administrator who will be joining a well established Customer Service and Sales Team. You will be a key extension of the team, to ensure a smooth transition of taking a product from the point of sale, ensuring product specification is exact for manufacturing, and providing customer care.

The successful Customer Service & Product Support Administrator time will be divided into two areas, mornings will mainly consist of supporting product set ups, and ensuring all specific product labelling is correct and present. Afternoons will be spent attending and nurturing the customer service needs of a handful of Key Accounts for the company.

The successful Customer Service & Product Support Administrator duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Taking point of sale specification and information on cost and product from sales team, and setting up the product on internal system.
Updating internal job card on excel spreadsheet, and liaising with production teams.
Ensuring all product labels are correct and present, prior to manufacturing process taking place.
Order processing via telephone and email, acknowledging any amendments or delays on orders.
Managing key account stock levels, highlighting any possible shortfalls, and processing repeat orders.
Raising Purchase Order numbers, and preparing despatch notes.
Arranging transportation for customer orders as and when required.
Administration support related to the role.

The successful Customer Service & Product Support Administrator will demonstrate previous experience within a similar Customer Service, Product Coordinator or Account Management experience from a FMCG or manufacturing environment. As an individual an keen eye for details is essential, understanding the importance of specification (of a numerical nature), and a open mindset to continued learning due to the versatility of products is also a must. This is a very reactive, hands on position, which will involve conversing with various departments in person.
