Are you a Talent Acquisition professional looking for a role that allows you to make a real difference leading a Recruitment Team, and creating and influencing strategy ?
A great opportunity exisits for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist to take responsibility for a Recruitment and Resourcing Team to not only deliver a pipeline of new talent into this successful, well established business currently experiencing enormous growth, but importantly, to take the lead in delivering a Talent Attraction Strategy, that will shape the future of attraction campaigns and onboarding processes, ensuring a constant talent pipeline of exceptional calibre which meets the needs of the Company People Plan.
You will bring with you, proven experience of developing and delivering a talent attraction strategy, have extensive knowledge of Recruitment practises and candidate management, and be a natural communicator skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels.
Experience of working with ATS software, a good knowledge of Contract of Employment legislation, and proven Team Leadership are all part of the necessary skill set to succeed in this challenging opportunity.
