Our client is looking for a Communications Apprentice to join their award-winning Communications Team at Longhurst Group.
This newly-created role is a fantastic opportunity that will equip you with the skills and experience to take forward in your career. By joining in this role, you will study and work towards a Level 4 Publications and Communications Assistant qualification.
As their Communications Apprentice, you’ll work closely with their team of experienced professionals across both their internal and external platforms, helping us to engage the Group’s workforce of more than 1,200 colleagues and thousands of customers across the Midlands and East of England.

They have a fantastic story to share - by joining their ambitious and creative Communications Team you’ll be an integral part of helping them to do just that.
Some of the key tasks you’ll be taking on will include:
· Creating and sharing engaging daily content on their busy Facebook Workplace platform
· Helping to deliver The Lowdown - their weekly roundup of news from across the Group
· Supporting on their external communications and marketing campaigns.
They’re looking for apprentice that’s enthusiastic, creative and keen to learn about working for a busy Communications Team at one of the leading housing associations in the Midlands and East of England.

This is an 18 month, 36.25hr per week level 4 apprenticeship role. While the role is primarily based from home, it may include the opportunity for you to also attend face to face meetings, as required.
