Senior Lettings Negotiator OTE - GBP30K plus

Lettings Negotiators - Don't want to be slowed down by having to do Check In's, Check Out's or Inventories?

We are looking for Negotiators who are motivated in closing deals, making commission, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Basic Salary: GBP18,000- GBP20,000 (dependant on experience and qualifications).

OTE: GBP30,000plus - from 10% commission on all closed deals and then further quarterly bonuses for reaching targets (starting from as little as just closing 4 deals a month).

5 Days a week (Saturdays on rota)

With an opportunity to work in Sales too, if you desired.

Ashton Reeves, an independent estate agency, are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Bexley, Kent and help set up their new Branch in Sidcup, Kent. Ideally someone who would like to grow and progress within the growing business.

Successful applicants will ideally have at least 2 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator and be motivated in hitting targets, earning monthly and quarterly commissions as well as being able to deliver exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Duties include:

• Helping with business development

• Qualifying tenant enquiries• Booking and attending viewings• Processing their own deals• Agreeing tenancy contracts

Ideal candidate would have:

• At least 2 years' lettings experience• ARLA/NFOPP qualified - Desired but not essential• Excellent communication and organisation skills• Professional telephone manner and appearance• Excellent time management skills• IT literate - Knowledge of PC Homes and FixFlo would be ideal but not essential. • Full UK driving licence.

Basic salary on offer for this role will be GBP18,000 -GBP20,000 (dependant on experience and qualifications) with OTE: of GBP30,000+

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm with Saturday 10.00am-4.00pm on rota (a day off in lieu during the week).
