Technical Support Administrator
Have you got hardware, software and IT knowledge? Keen to get into an organisation that is fast growing, driven to achieving results and supporting their customers nationwide?
This role, within the printing industry, will be supporting customers over the phone to problem solve and fix any hardware, software and IT matters, carrying out all the administration to support the works of the engineers and handle any incidents accordingly.
Start: ASAP
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP27,000
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Duration: Permanent

Duties will include:
* Supporting the field-based operations team with back office tasks
* Managing all devices that have been reported effectively
* providing remote support to customers and engineers
* Updating and maintaining the device systems
* Working logically to dispatch engineers within a reasonable geographical area
* Problem solving any hardware, software and IT matters accordingly over the phone with the customer
* Report escalated issues if unable to resolve and deal with the matter
* Brining new ideas in ways to help resolve solutions
Skills and Experience Required:
* Ability to support customers effectively
* Strong and clear communication skills
* Knowledge of hardware, software and IT equipment
* Able to fault find and a desire to solve problems
* Willingness to work within a team
* Able to meet deadlines
* Basic mechanic fault finding skills
