An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/ Executive Assistant to work alongside The Group Finance Director. You'll need a strong track record of working effectively with senior leaders in an agile admin and secretarial environment. You will support the Group FD by being Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work independently at pace.

This exciting PA/ Executive Assistant role is being recruited for this great Watford based organisation who offer flexible hybrid working to be int he office 2 days per week. A flexible local employer of choice with a great national footprint offering their services. This role is supporting the Group FD with full PA, admin and secretarial duties

Description

PA/ Executive Assistant duties and responsibilities;

Proactively managing the diary and correspondence for the Group FD, ensuring responses and actions are undertaken and completed in a timely manner
Providing an efficient and effective calendar service to incorporate travel and accommodation arrangements
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders on a range of subjects and business areas
Providing executive support with the preparation and organisation of formal meetings attended or managed by the Group FD
Collating, producing and preparing papers, including reports to ensure compliance with organisational requirements.Profile

PA/ Executive Assistant experience, characteristics and skills;

Recent and relevant EA/ Personal assistant experience of working to and supporting senior leaders
Confident on IT to include MS office to include supporting the Group FD on reporting, corporate communications and presentations in a variety of formats
Demonstrable communication skills to produce high quality reports and to communicate verbally and or in writing with senior management
Experience of managing a large and varied workload, ensuring tasks are completed to time and quality standards established.
The ability to demonstrate drive and initiative to pre-empt problems and to provide solutions and remedies.
Experience of planning and organising skills, in particular meetings management involving senior leaders and stakeholders with complex and challenging itinerary requirements.
Demonstrable ability to challenge, negotiate, direct, and influence senior officials or key / senior stakeholders to achieve end objectives.Job Offer
