Our client is a family run business that has been in the residential park home industry for over 40 years, with beautiful parks situated all over the Southwest. They're a small, dedicated team that love what they do, and they are now looking to recruit an Office Administrator.
As an Office Administrator you have a strong range of office skills, a friendly and professional telephone manager and thrive in an organised environment.
A successful Office Administrator will be a keen problem solver and provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring the efficiency of all office operations.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
Good telephone manner, both for receiving and making calls
Taking and distributing messages
Organising and scheduling appointments
Handling enquiries and incoming work requests
Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
Maintaining filing systems
Photocopying and scanning
Sending emails
Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
Typing documents and correspondence
Checking and entering data
Updating and maintaining databases
Keeping office area neat and tidyEducation and Experience
Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
Proficient in use of email and internet
Good numeracy skills
Accurate keyboard skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Knowledge of basic accounting proceduresWhat on Offer
Competitive salary of up to GBP22,000 based on experience
Full time hours of 37.5 hrs per week
Monday - Friday
