Job Profile for Electrical Supervisor / Qualifying Supervisor - (phone number removed)
Electrical Supervisor / NICEIC Quality Supervisor required for our client; electrical compliance and safety specialists who are fast growing based in the South East responsible for keeping commercial, industrial and government buildings compliant. They require a fully qualified electrical supervisor to join their operations department based near Tonbridge.
Working closely with the existing QS team, contracts and compliance managers, the Electrical Qualifying Supervisor will primarily be responsible for ensuring completed electrical works and certification on site is reviewed and signed off to meet company and industry standards. The certification includes EICRs, EICs, Emergency Lighting reports, and Minor Electrical Works.
The NICEIC QS will also be responsible for providing quotations for remedial works, technical support on site, toolbox talks, and audits where necessary. The onsite work will be at hospitals, large retail stores and factories throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will be 18th edition qualified, NVQ Level 3, hold valid 2382 and 2391 inspection and test certificates or equivalent. The Electrical Supervisor must have experience in a similar supervisor role, preferably registered as an NICEIC QS.
Electrical Supervisor / Qualifying Supervisor Position Requirements
18th Edition
Must hold valid 2382 and 2391 inspection and test certificates or equivalent
Knowledge and experience of EICRs and NICEIC accredited certification
Must have experience with qualifying supervisor duties such as preparing suitable reports
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills due to offering support to the engineering team
HNC/HND Electrical Engineering would be desirable but is not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
Based within commutable distance to Tonbridge

Salary GBP38k+ dependant on experience
