Sous Chef
Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to join the team at the Alton Towers resort. As a Sous Chef you will be working within one of the four hotels based on the resort.

As a Sous Chef, your main duties will be:
Ensuring a high standard of presentation, preparation, cooking and hygiene is maintained.
Overseeing the daily organisation of the kitchen.
Strive to exceed customer expectations.
Ensuring organisation is maintained for next service.
Ensuring cleaning schedules are followed for your section.
Support with training, recruiting and managing kitchen staff.
Help to minimise waste whilst maximising profit levels.
Skills required as a Sous Chef:
A strong, proven background in the catering and hospitality sector.
A passion for food is desirable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced busy environment.
A profession approach to your work but also a fun side (Afterall, this is a
magical place to work)
Happy to provide training to new recruits.
