Our client is recruiting an Applications Support Analyst delivering support services to our worldwide partner channel.
They seek an enthusiastic, versatile individual to join an established team providing a
range of Technical Support services around the exceptional product. The role will encompass involvement in all aspects of applications support as well as other related duties as required.
It would suit an individual who has two years+ I.T. support desk experience that is application specific with good knowledge around SaaS and on-premise infrastructure,
Skills and Qualifications: Essential
??? A strong working knowledge and understanding of the concepts of relational database management systems
??? A good working knowledge of SQL query language
??? A good knowledge of current Windows desktop operating systems including, Windows 10 and 11
??? Rudimentary Networking knowledge
??? Knowledge of web services using XML & JSON. Ability to analyse and fault find issues with HTTP requests and responses.
??? Good communication skills and a background in I.T and computing, preferably involving integration.
??? Good analytic skills using both inductive and deductive logic
