Due to the fantastic success of our construction division, we are seeking an additional Recruitment Resourcer, to join our team in central Ipswich, on a temporary to permanent basis.
The job will involve supporting experienced recruitment consultants with all aspects of finding and placing temporary and permanent construction workers, via job posting, CV searching and social media advertising. The job will also involve administration, payroll, compliance and customer service as required.
It is essential that you are outgoing and self-confident for this position. It would be useful if you have some experience in a similar role, but this isn't essential, customer service and administration experience are just as important and full training will be provided. You should also have strong computer skills and good levels of written English.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm. The role attracts a negotiable basic salary to start and once permanent and fully independent, you may also earn commission.
It would be useful to your career development if you had a driving licence and access to a vehicle, but this isn't essential and can be gained over time.
