Area Cleaning Manager Required in Cambridgeshire
We are looking for:
???A self-motivated area cleaning manager with a proven track record in operations and administration
???A proactive area cleaning manager capable of dealing with clients in resolving reactive issues

???A competent area cleaning manager with experience of bundled FM services
???Proven ability to work in unison with staff, customers, and area service manager
???Ability to direct complex tasks from concept to fully operational status

Salary/Emolument:
Wages: GBP30,000
Laptop, Company Car, Phone and 10% Performance based Bonus
Job Description:
Maintain regular contact with the customer. Deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner.
Complete Quality audit checks and regular Quality Care Review with the customer.
Recruit / induct cleaning operatives and ensure that a site-based induction is completed forall new starters.
Complete the starter form and normal payroll checks for any new employee.
Provide technical training as and when required for all cleaning staffs.
Manage employee relation's issues on site, including Suspensions, disciplinary actions,grievances, redundancies, and absence.
Take ownership of Health & Safety. Complete Quarterly Health and Safety Audits/ vehiclealways checks and encourage safe-working practices.
Ensure that all cleaning tasks are carried out in accordance with the contract specification.
Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules.
Ensure the effective use of equipment and materials. Monitor the use of materials and orderstocks as necessary including rechargeable and built-in consumable orders.
Manage the wages to budget and ensure cleaning staff work the correct number of hours.
Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and repair.
Ensure that machinery, equipment, and cleaning cupboard are kept in a clean and tidy state.
Keep the Site Information Manual up to date and available.
Manage all sub-contracted and bought in services.
