Dawson Levy Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Project Support Administrator to join a leading client of ours on a permanent basis in Portsmouth at their stunning new offices in Gunwharf.
Role Overview:
Working for a leading Equipment Hire specialist, the Project Support Administrator will be required to support with marketing, finance, operations & general admin with the opportunity to develop their skills & gain further education in their chosen area.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling administrative requests and queries from Senior Managers
Organising and maintaining the internal filing system
Inputting data onto internal system
Excel support
Booking meetings for national operations
Provide general support to visitors
Social Media Management
General office duties
Finance Support
Liaising with suppliersExperience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administration role
High levels of competency with Microsoft Office
Desire to understand and promote the Company purpose, vision, values and culture
Organised, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence
Flexibility, resilience and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Commitment to the provision of excellent customer service
Experience in a fast paced environment
Self starter who has the ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines
