Interaction Recruitment are actively looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join a well-established client based in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
This role has developed due to the expansion of the office and the need for an experienced Administrator to support a number of outstanding duties.
The position offers a competitive salary of GBP24,(Apply online only) - GBP26,(Apply online only) pro-rota dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities
General Administration
Copy/Audio typing
Dictation
Arranging appointments
Frequent communication between management and customers via telephone and email
Liaise with sales team via telephone and email
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Filing and data processing
Ability to handle complex administration tasks in a timely manner
Results and task driven
Other ad-hoc duties as required
A successful candidate will display the following:
Minimum 2 years experience within an office administrators position
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Computer literate.
Good attention to detail
Well organised

The role is working from Wednesday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm including a 1hour lunch break.
