Catering Manager

You have the opportunity to join a growing Facilities Management company with a solid reputation built over the last 30+ years. Currently seeking a Catering Manager to ensure an effective and efficient high-quality catering service is delivered throughout sites under this remit. This is a hybrid role therefore travel to sites is expected.
As a successful Catering Manager you will ensure services are delivered in accordance with the service level agreement, recruit, train and supervise staff to ensure they deliver a safe, high quality service and ensure that the site operates to company policies and procedures. You will also identify any areas that are failing to perform, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and give your support to all colleagues at peak times.
Ideal candidate
Level 2 Food Preparation and Hygiene course
Proven experience in a commercial catering environment
Team Leader, Supervisor or Management experience
Confident when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communicator and time management
