Order Processor
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP26,000
Office Hours: 9:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
My client based in Basingstoke is looking for an Order Processor to join their friendly team. You will be working within a small, dedicated team where the focus will be to provide exceptional customer service and to pro-actively manage your workload.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service
Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
Processing new orders
Assisting customers with managing their spend and all day-to-day account issues
Dealing with billing enquiries
Analysing account usage
Making recommendations to customers
Putting together renewal proposals and contracts
Updating the internal database
Skills and Experience

Able to stay calm under pressure
Ability to work Independently
Team player
Strong Administration Skills
Experience of Microsoft and Excel
