Sales Order Processor
Our client based in Theale is looking for a Sales Order Processor to work within the busy Finance Department on a temporary basis, initially for 3 months but this is likely to extend. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the order processing and invoicing procedures in accordance with strict month-end deadlines.
The role:
Ensuring customer orders have been through the correct approval channels to meet all contractual, legal and business requirements.
Verifying customer orders have been completed to a minimum standard to ensure that delivery expectations can be met
Entering customer orders onto accounting software within set SLA
Dispatching customer orders (electronic and physical media)
Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers
Creating customer support contracts
Raising customer credit notes and re-invoicing where required
Working with the Credit Control department to ensure documents meet customer expectation and needs.
Working with Product Marketing to ensure latest software is dispatched The person:
Excellent communicator
Experience in finance/order processing/revenue is needed for this position
Trusted attention to detail
Strong time management skills
The ability to forward plan
Superb team player
Highly proficient at producing information/reports in a timely manner
Self-motivated professional who is always striving to improve performance and reduce SLAs This is a hybrid role so you will be required to come into the offices in Theale twice a week
