Purchasing And Logistics Manager required. Our client is a well-established and leading component manufacturer supplying industries such as Automotive, Medical and Food production. In support of continued growth they are seeking an experienced Purchasing And Logistics Manager to join the team.
Purchasing And Logistics Manager Position Overview
Implementing continuous improvement and lean projects within the warehouse
Negotiating with suppliers for the procurement of goods and services
Managing the stock control process and resolving any issues with the supply chain
Analysing budgets and creating budget plans
Leading the strategic planning of the logistics department
Purchasing And Logistics Manager Position Requirements
Proven background within a role incorporating logistics and procurement management
Previous experience within the engineering or manufacturing industries
Previous experience within ERP systems
Based in a commutable distance of East Grinstead
Purchasing And Logistics Manager Position Remuneration
Salary GBP35,000 - GBP42,000
Monday to Friday 39.5 hour working week. Permanent position.
