Administrative Assistant – Examinations, Data and  Communications Support

Salary: Grade 4 Scale Point 7-8

£20,443 - £20,852 (full time equivalent)

£17,564 - £17,915 (actual pro rata salary)

Location: Keynsham (near Bristol / Bath)

Contract: Full time 37 hours per week

Term: Permanent - term time, plus 2 INSET days and 4 additional days

Futura Learning Partnership is at an exciting stage in its development. The Trust currently comprises thirteen schools with more planning to join and is moving towards its vision of being a truly inclusive provider of 4-19 education in East Bristol and Bath.

We are now looking for a highly motivated and suitably qualified person with the skills to provide organisational and administrative support to the Exams and Data Officer and the Communications Officer. You will work as part of a small team in a busy environment, delivering key tasks and activities that support both Wellsway School and IKB Academy in their provision of examinations, student data and communication for parents/carers.

The post is term time only plus 2 INSET days and 4 additional days

The 4 additional days must be worked in the summer holiday to support examination activity

Also some flexibility required to support at key times in the year in terms of examinations
