Operations Manager, Overseeing School Catering Operations - Worcestershire

We currently have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team in Worcestershire to oversee and manage effectively, all aspects of the delivery and services provided to the client.
40 hours per week
GBP40,000 per annum starting salary
Annual leave entitlement
Car allowance paid alongside monthly salary
Key responsibilities
Ensure that all services detailed within the contract are adhered to, delivered and where possible enhanced to meet and exceed the clients, customers and company expectations
Continually review the performance of each contract and their profitability
Ensure costs are controlled but that they don t affect the service quality and delivery
Food is of the highest standard and in line with the current high street trends
Manage and support the development, progress and performance of all line reporting managers
Support the sales function in retaining and obtaining new business
Compliance with all Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures and standards
Ideal candidate
Previous experience in managing and developing teams
Client relationship management
Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally
Experience dealing with HR matters, ie grievances & performance
IT Literate
Full clean driving licence
