Customer Service/ Administration Role

Location - Swindon

Salary Bracket - GBP20,000 - GBP25,000

Permanent, Full-time role.

37.5 Hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Hybrid Working Model available.

The company is a marking leading food packaging company who excel in their area and take great pride in making sure all customer needs are individually met.

This vacancy has come to light due to a growth in the business, and internal promotions arising. The company is growing and is excited to have some new starters to the team. The role includes:

- Liaising with customers on the inbound/outbound line

- Managing invoice queries

- Update and utilise internal CRM systems

- To prepare of process orders in a timely manner, and ensure all orders have correct information and provide new quotations.

- Converse in detail regarding the products that are being offered and have an understanding on the products

- Promoting, selling, and securing company products.

An excellent telephone manner and customer service experience will be essential as you will be handing inbound and outbound calls. Often customers will call in with limited information, so the team will need to utilise internal resources to get to the right outcome.
